DAY RIDE WRANGLER

PACKER

*Set up and break down camps

*Basic shoeing knowledge

*Interact with guests

*Share outdoor knowledge

*Must have good horsemanship

& riding ability

PACK STATION COOK

*Prepare meals for crew & some guests

(breakfast, lunch, dinner)

*Plan and produce homestyle menus

*Help back country cook prepare for trips

BACK COUNTRY COOK

*Cook in wilderness conditions -

campfire and camp stove

*Set up and organize an outdoor camp & kitchen

*Organize & pack up backcountry gear & food

*Be able to plan & prepare back country meals

*Act as camp host/hostess

*Share outdoor knowledge

*Be a competent horseman

*Other duties as requested
